Traffic School Book Page for Freeway Easy. Do we have your application on file? Complete ApplicationEligibility for attending Traffic Violator School or Home Study Program are as follows:
- Received a minor moving violation;
- Have not taken traffic violator school in the past 18 months
- Received a notice from DMV with a list of licensed courses you can take.
Unfortunately, not all drivers are eligible. You will NOT be allowed to attend traffic school for any of following reasons:
- If you have a commercial driver’s license and you received your ticket while driving a commercial vehicle;
- If you were convicted of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol;
- If your speeding ticket was for driving more than 25MPH over the limit;
- If your ticket carriers a point value greater than 1 and/or your conviction requires a court appearance.
